Delivery / Shipping Policy

- Local delivery of the goods ordered will arrange within 48 hrs of receipt of payment subject to the local availability of the ordered item.
Non-stock items delivery period will confirm once order is placed.
- International Delivery period will confirm to client prior to delivery upon receipt of order.
- Extra charge will be levied for overseas deliveries, case to case.
- Local deliveries will be done by external courier or with M/s. Four Stars delivery team.
- We will deliver the goods to the door steps subject to the access to the premise.
- Delivery proof must be signed with name and contact number of the receiving person.
- No delivery charges within UAE subject to an order value minimum AED 200/-
- Order value less than AED 200/- an extra delivery charge will be levied as :
o Dhs. 20/- within Dubai
o Dhs. 30/- for Sharjah / Ajman / Umm Al Quiwan
o Dhs. 50/- for Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Abu Dhabi.
o No Charge will be levied if the customer arrange collection for orders below AED 200/-

Multiple Shipment / Orders / Bookings.

- The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the card holders monthly statements.
- Multiple bookings will result multiple deliveries.
